There is two ways to get screen shot::

Method 1:

                  Click "prtscr" button from keyboard 

(Method 1 will get the image of whole screen)                             

To get screen shot for some specific area, use Method 2

Method 2:

                  Use snipping tool

Follow these steps to learn how to use snipping tool

1. Go to start > All programs > Accessories > Snipping tool. It will open a window                          
   
   
   
   
2. Click the arrow button after New. It will open drag and drop choose any of the following                                                                                                                                                                  Free form snip: Draw an area to which you want to get screen shot.                                          Rectangular snip: use this option to get the screen shot of selected rectangle area.                       Window snip: use this option to get the screen shot of particular window like word, excel, etc.  Full snip: use this option to get the screen shot of full screen.                                                          
   
3. After you selected any of the following option from above, click on particular area.                     
4. A new window appear as the image below.In this window there is an image of selected screen.  
5. Use pen tool to draw anything and use highlighter tool to highlight any thing in this window.     
   
6. Save your changes.
